General Contracting
It's based on the theory that the best and most economical way to construct a building is to chose an architect and then select a contractor through a competitive bid process. This method is recommended for owners with a permit set of drawings who are ready to mobilize construction.

Construction Management (CM)
In the Construction Management approach we take the entire building process on behalf of the owner and becomes a partner in the process. In our experience, an effective CM works with the architect and engineers during the design phase, offering value engineering ideas on an ongoing basis. Once construction begins, the effective CM acts as a General Contractor (GC), continuing a partnership with the architect and owner to complete a successful project.
