It's based on the theory that the best and most economical way to construct a building is to choose an architect and then selects a contractor through a competitive bid process.  This method is recommended for owners with a permit set of drawings who are ready to mobilize construction.

Construction Management

In the Construction Management approach we take the entire building process on behalf of the owner and become a partner in the process. In our experience, an effective CM works with the architect and engineers during the design phase, offering value engineering ideas on an ongoing basis.
Once construction begins, the effective CM acts as a General Contractor (GC), continuing a partnership with the architect and owner to complete a successful project.

In the Design Build approach, we act as the single point of contact and manage the architect and engineers on your behalf.  Our clients choose the design build approach because of our ability to develop a cohesive team and manage the process from beginning to end. This method is recommended when cost and schedule are the most important factors.
